F. I have no substantial connection with Texas, have not purposefully directed any action or conduct toward the state of Texas, and do not have any continuing or systematic contacts with the State of Texas.

Not one person in Texas has purchased the chocolate from her site?
Not one person has bought any chocolate from the 2 myspace flurtz reps?

Did Nelda get her FLURTZ CHOCOLATES for free in exchange for something else?
Did Nelda purchase those FLURTZ CHOCOLATES she gave the TESTIMONIAL for?

Those myspace pages haven't been touched in ages, maybe that's why Bonnie 'forgot' she had FLURTZ reps in the area....
