There’s A Sucker Born Every Minute

It’s like a game of three-card-monte (although I believe Rose prefers the Full Monte). Only in this particular con, the "money card" unfortunately happens to be the truth. The inside man’s job is to trick the mark into believing he/she can ascertain the facts by following their advice and visiting these sites. When in reality he/she is conspiring with the outside man to mislead, misinform and mangle the very concept of truth.

I do believe in the axiom that "There's a sucker born every minute," but I also know statistically that approximately 250 babies come into this world every minute; that means that there are around 249 non-suckers born every minute. I prefer to remain in the non-sucker category. Nothing personal against the suckers, but sucking on a regular basis really sucks, unless you’re the suckee and even that might get a little tedious after awhile, unless you’re a narcissistic egomaniac.

Which brings me to another reason that I didn’t visit the above mentioned sites: I think the site owners are narcissistic egomaniacs..

It seems that Ms. Devin wisely exited the scene stage right awhile back, which left the dubious duo of Mr. Harris and Ms. Turner. Although it’s kind of like Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (only is this case it would be Mr. Hyde and Mrs. Hyde). Receiving information and opinions from these two concerning issues and court cases related to the deaths of Anna Nicole Smith and Daniel Wayne Smith would be akin to reading blogs by Lynette (Squeaky) Fromme and Charles (Tex) Watson in which they express their views on the character and guilt of Charles Manson. Besides, I figured that if I wanted to know what Mr. Stern had to say about something I’d wait for his deposition and get it straight from the horse’s mouth. Cut out the middle man.

In the interest of accuracy (‘cause I know how much the "harrisheads" and "haglets" abhor inconsistencies), I did read some of Mr. Harris’ articles and responses to his readers when he decided to exercise his journalistic talents to excoriate Mrs. Maples on his web site. That would have been the time he "hoped" that she’d live to see another Christmas after reading that she’d recently been diagnosed with a potentially terminal disease and suggested to her that any time left might be better spent doing something else. And that was enough of Mr. Harris’ objective journalism for me.

Then one morning I woke up, poured myself a nice cup of coffee, turned on my computer and discovered that the terrible twosome was getting sued. Best cup of coffee I’d had in a long time, if I do say so myself (and apparently I do). Much to my relief, Mr. Roll-on Deodorant (thanks Kerry) decided to concentrate his considerable skills and experience on other areas of investigative journalism, like:

"Atlanta’s Mansion Madam Back in Divorce Court"
"Hulk Hogan: Celebrity Parenting on Trial"
"Sex in the City Star Talks!"

I’m sure these stories were just crying out for someone like him to add a little gravitas. I wouldn’t like to think that getting sued had anything to do with Mr. Harris’ thematic shift, I mean that would mean all his talk about bravery, honor and integrity were just empty words on some obscure internet site.

Which left the "sole survivor" Rose to carry on the crusade. Again in the spirit of absolute honesty I always considered Rose and her followers to be well….the bottom of the "Stern Cheerleading" barrel. Wading through the inanities of her minions was sufficient enough abuse for me. I’m not that into punishment, sorry Ro’ho. Now, while Rosie was always good for a laugh and a few one liners (and boy there’s plenty of material to work with), I never took a single thing she ever stated seriously because I think she’s a humorless twit with absolutely no understanding of legal issues, morality or human nature. I thought she simply pulled facts and conclusion out of her ass until it became obvious that that particular orifice was otherwise occupied. My mantra to those who ever uttered the words, "Rose said" were:

"Let me know when someone with an ounce of credibility says it and I’ll discuss it with you."

Then some of the cult members escaped and started talking about life inside the compound. I remember thinking, dang I wish I had paid more attention to Ro’ho because everything that had been relayed to me about her and what she was up to seems to have been true. Who would have thunk it? Or as someone I once knew was fond of saying, "you can’t make this stuff up". So I signed up for a temporary subscription via the "paper route" because I remained resolved in my determination not to frequent the "Howard is a Hero" missionary’s message board. Still I was only skimming through for ‘chits and giggles’ until Ro’ho choose to advance her advocacy of BDSM as a form of religion on her website. A lot of my internet friends found that association highly insulting and asked if I would be willing to help them write a response, which I enthusiastically did.

In the past couple of weeks the intimidation tactics of Ro’ho and the haglets have increased exponentially. Why Ms. Turner feels the need to continue to write and disseminate threats & lies against myself and my friends is hard to fathom. On August 2, 2008 Ms. Turner wrote and published an article entitled, "John O’Quinn Did Not Know who Wilma was, Christian Steed, said Wilma Vicedomine (Vice) came on Board at the end of March 2007, Oh Really?? In this article Ms. Turner made the decision to once again deter from the facts (not that she ever gets the facts right to begin with) and personally attack myself and others. While this is not the first time that Ms. Turner has engaged in this type of behavior (despite her empty pleas of not getting in the sandbox) it turned out to be the straw that broke the camels back. We just don’t find Ms. Rosie all that amusing anymore. In one of those "I have had enough of this shit" moments, everyone agreed that it was way past time to debunk Rose. While we all know that every Rose has it thorn, we could never have imagined how much this particular Rose like to be pricked.

So in the tradition of The Rose we are collaborating on a series of articles concerning this very topic. They will be posted in installments ala Rose’s debunking of Rita Cosby’s book in the upcoming weeks. After discussing this topic and doing a precursory bit of research it was immediately apparent to all of us that we were going to have to open more than a few cans of debunker on her ass. In fact I believe we’ve just about acquired every can of debunker grease in the great state of Texas.

So stock up on the popcorn, put the beers on ice because this rose bud’s for you.

Trick or Treat

In spite of posting under these names and unabashedly referring to THE TEAM in articles and comments, they continue to promulgate the charade that they are simply acting as individuals, although the talking points of The Team are obvious to even the most casual observer.

The threats against all of us began immediately after Mr. Lin Wood signed on as Howard K. Stern’s attorney. He wrote a letter "advising" everyone that he would not hesitate to take legal actions against anyone who made false statements against his client, including "bloggers". Mr. Ron Rale referred to him "as a monster" and Mr. Wood’s reputation preceded him. Well that was all The Team needed to feel empowered and called to action. That letter was posted and reposted with additional admonitions that "your post has been forwarded to Mr. Wood." Hell, it got so bad that bloggers were finishing their posts with an advisory to not bother copying and sending this one because they’ll just go ahead and forward it themselves thus saving everyone the hassle. We guess many figured that if Dannielynn or Mr. Stern’s retired parents were paying someone by the hour to copy posts and then read posts, it would save them all a truckload of cash by just performing the task for free, leaving more money available for the purchase of "used Anna Nicole Smith underwear" and that beautiful pink headstone that has yet to materialize.

A couple of week ago the rhetoric from The Team really ratcheted up in anticipation of some filing by Mr. Stern’s lawyers. It was repeatedly posted that “chat logs” were going to be submitted, that we could anticipate a “knock on our doors”, and that “we will be made to pay” for some imagined transgression.

Most of us have been aware for a long time that “Sun” had talked to Mr. Harris and Mr. Wood. Hell, we’ve known about it since the end of 2007. We choose not to discuss it or concern ourselves with it because we deemed whatever information she was relating about us to be unimportant, irrelevant or untrue. When threats concerning “chat logs” were reignited we assumed they were referring to “Sun’s” room. From the posts we were reading The Team’s information concerning what did and did not happen inside that chat room appeared to have been 1/3 fantasy, 1/3 hype and 1/3 misconstruction. In order to clear up this farce einy reposted on Topix the chat log from a night that for many of us was the genesis of awareness into “Suns” alleged cooperation with The Team. In addition to the chat log, einy also posted all the emails that she received from and sent to “Sun”. QV then reposted that chat log on her site…… the threats, lies and intimidation tactics by The Team kicked into high gear.

After reading the misinformation circulated by The Team, many of us that were actually there that night, and around in the days before and after, cooperated in an effort to expose what was really going on and this is our account. This is not QV’s story, or Rose’s story, or Art Harris’ story. These things happened to us. Friendships were lost, loyalties questioned, trusts broken, and feelings hurt. These are not some “characters” in a squalid drama, these were real people who were threatened, used, betrayed and ultimately left scarred by the incident (some a little and others a great deal). As one person involved in this drama put it:

… there are so many more important things going on in
the world …it just hurts....it hurts that she would lie and
do this to everyone that trusted her

While we may never know the motivations of the people involved in this unpleasantness, we have all suffered the consequences of the choices that they made. Perhaps we were naïve and no match for seasoned manipulators, but we’re not naïve any longer and one would venture to guess that these days most of us are not so easily manipulated by internet savvy individuals who enjoy the drama of it more than the truth.

What occurred did not happen in a vacuum, nothing does. There’s a complex and interwoven series of events that culminated in that room, on that night, with those people. In order to understand exactly what transpired and why people formed certain beliefs and reactions, one has to understand the context in which this was happening to us.

Contrary to what people who do not know, but state anyways, that particular chat took place on October 31, 2007 around 9:30 pm eastern daylight time. For Rose or anyone else to suggest otherwise is preposterous. She wasn’t there, we were. So since this is our story, allow us the courtesy of telling it. We don’t need you to spin it or interpret it according to some “agenda” that you have. Unlike The Team we just care about relating what happened to us, figuring out why it happened to us and what the consequences were and continue to be for all those involved. There are no “sides” in this tale, there’s just us – each one with his or her part of the puzzle. It took awhile to even begin to piece it together, but eventually we were able to see through all the lies and games and arrive at some core truths and hopefully a little understanding and forgiveness.

This is our story, from our perspective and our beliefs. It’s not a debate or a discussion, it simply is:

It was general knowledge that John J. Nazarian had been hired by Howard K. Stern sometime around April of 2007. Towards the middle of October of 2007 he became very visibly involved in the story posting on RoseSpeaks, The Bald Truth and TMZ. The first post that we could find by Mr. Nazarian was posted on October 9th at 6:43 pm in the comment section of “The Bald Truth”. Mr. Nazarian began his blogging adventure with these words: (all the misspellings are his and not ours).

Art, You my friend are on the right track, keep
reporting the truth and you wont be sorry.

Over 20 posts later, he wrote on November 19th, 2007 at 12:38 pm

Art and his readers, I have been swamped with ‘what happened’ request. Nothing happened, I am still Howard’s Private Investigator and more important his friend. We have only moved on to other issues on this case and we continue our work, happily!

On the night in question, October 31, 2007 Mr. Nazarian posted this comment on Art’s forum:

You know for Halloween there is a VA costume, It is a fat,
miserable, white women, confused look on a large pale face
and tight shoes to help with the funny walk! Oh, one more thing, you have to rent two ‘dopes’ in cheap suits to hold you and coddle you as you lump along! LOL

In other posts on Art’s site around that time Mr. Nazarian had this to say about Mrs. Arthur:

Shit, I cannot beleive I am about to say what I am
about to say! Sweetie, just drink the Kool Aid and go away!

You know don’t get too upset over the weight issue,
VA is just short for hers, hell if she was 8ft 6inches she would
be just fine!

While Mr. Nazarian was now taking a very visible and active role visiting and posting on sites frequented by The Team, posters were busy researching and putting up links to newspaper articles and videos about him. From a L.A. Times article we learned that Nazarian “treats trash as his private archaeological site” and that he “would love to find condoms.”

Others spoke out about Mr. Nazarian trying to intimidate them when they were scheduled to give depositions in cases, saying that the message they received from him was “I know where you live.” They reported that they felt that he was very unprofessional in his conduct.

We also learned that Nazarian had been suspended from the e-mail server of the California Association of Licensed Investigators for sending them a nasty e-mail. Nazarian himself is quoted as saying that his was not “an honorable profession”.

So near the end of October, when this “chat” took place, we were aware of the following facts regarding Mr. John Nazarian:

1.He was posting on Art’s forum
2.He was working for Howard K. Stern
3.He’d verbally attacked and used abusive language towards Mrs. Arthur.
4.He had been in contact with Rose Turner
5.He liked to dig through peoples garbage
6.He’d sent out nasty e-mails
7.People believed he had tried to intimidate them
8.He liked to scare people with the message that he knew were they lived.
9.He believed that his profession was one without honor.

Nazarian himself posted that the “darkside” is contacting us on the QT. Boy how many times have we heard the phrase “darkside” since then? Nazarian also wrote that all the tips and reports that he had been getting had been “very helpful” and he urged people to continue to contact him. He later thanked “all of you who helped” saying “you know who you are!” These posts were in October of 2007.

We also know that Art Harris had several nasty exchanges with James Edstrom of “Times Square Gossip” the site that Sun’s chat room was linked off of. It was also somewhere around this time that someone stole the garbage from in front of Ms. Vice’s residence. In the middle of this Rose Turner posted on her website that she had some major “bombshells” coming out very soon; things that would be “shocking”. Her minions carried this message to all the boards posting and reposting it. Some, who had never visited her site before were enticed there by these posts concerning Rose’s “impending scoops”.

In the middle of all of this, persons claiming to be J. Nazarian and others starting popping into Suns chat demanding to know “where’s Wilma”. The language of these visitors was very threatening and intimidating. News of the visits were transmitted to all of us via the internet and emails. Which all leads up to the night of October 31, 2007 and the transcript that QV subsequently put up on her site. (see chat transcripts for more detail). The next day Kerry talked to Sun on the telephone (which will be discussed in a future “Share & Compare article that we are currently working on). To this day Kerry feels that Sun was used and manipulated by Mr. Harris. Let’s remember that Wilma was issued a subpoena shortly after these events occurred.

Some became concerned that Rose and Sun had been enticing people onto their sites in order to cull personal information about them which they then turned over to Mr. Stern’s legal team either directly or through Mr. Harris. Many are convinced that in their zealous pursuit of “helping Stern” – Sun didn’t matter, James didn’t matter and innocent bloggers certainly didn’t matter. Then there are those involved who feel:

that the chat room was a set up from the beginning.....
think we were all taken..... we are dealing with some very
sick people

There is no consensus as to why it happened among the people who visited that chat room. There is even some disagreement about exactly who was in the chat that night. Some are convinced that Mr. Nazarian and friends were visiting the chat room. Others believe that the visitors were “sternoids” impersonating people in a continued effort to intimidate. Then there are those who maintain (as Sun does) that it was simply a silly game of “role playing”- no harm intended. The thing that troubles many of us is that if the last scenario is true why hasn’t anyone come forward and owned up to exactly what role they were playing that night? Why didn’t any of the participants (who must have been in the know) say STOP – and interject themselves into the “game” by informing their innocent guests that this was a joke that had gotten out of control? In the end it doesn’t matter who was really making the threats, what matters to us is that people were threatened and people were scared. What happened was shameful, no matter who the perpetrators eventually turn out to be.

Since that time a lot of new information has been made available to us through multiple sources including court documents and posts by Rose, Art and others. Then we have this very revealing post by Mr. Nazarian:

You all know the 'transcripts' that are floating around out there
are an interesting bunch of reading. If they are in fact 'the assistants',
great reading, but I already knew much of what is in them.
Just makes you warm and fuzzy knowing you had the right person!
I am sure that you cannot use them in a court of law! But dam they are going to be fun at a depo!

On December 31st Mr. Harris published an article titled “Bald Truth: 2007 Moments – Rita served”. In that article he wrote that sources had been telling him that “Virgie bloggers” were given instruction to spread rumors in the chat room of a popular entertainment website. He went on to write the following in his column:

So, we’re not sure how to explain information provided by a new witness under federal subpoena: who tells us exclusively that a close friend of Rita’s phoned from a New York number to urge the witness to ignore the court order, skip any deposition and get rid of any records that could tie Cosby to a Texas cabal. Worse, it allegedly happened after Judge D. Chin issued his order. Here’s how the witness recalls the recent conversation. “Did Wilma ask you to call?” asked the witness.
“No,” said the caller.
“Did Rita asked you to call me?” asked the witness. Silence.
Then, according to the witness, the caller said, “I need to let you go. I need to make a couple of phone calls.’”
That left the witness to fear what might happen next. “I was shocked,” the witness told me. “It felt like they were trying to intimidate me.”

Well that was enough for all of us who had been paying attention to have our worse fears confirmed. We all believed that the “witness” was Sun and the caller was James Edstrom and that Mr. Harris had again twisted an innocent conversation into something nefarious. Einy contacted her attorney and explained the situation, requesting that the attorney explore whether or not a subpoena had been issued to Sun, and if so whether the information Sun was turning over had been redacted. The attorney looked into the matter and later informed her that he could not locate any subpoena issued to Sun. To this day we do not know whether a subpoena was issued or not.

Later Mr. Harris put this tidbit up on his website:

And we haven’t even shown you pix of her trash yet, but if our sources are good, that could be coming soon to The Bald Truth near you. And we are going on the record to say John Nazarian had Nothing, Nothing, to do with the heist of trash on a public street. He’s become such a fall guy for everything, and one of our favorite contributors, but we just don’t believe in allowing the innocent to take a fall, even if that conflicts with Texas legal codes and ethics.

People who were familiar with that chat room have revealed to us that Sun wanted to be a part of this story, that she hated Virgie Arthur and that she constantly spoke about how brilliant Art Harris was. On January 2, 2007 it was repeatedly posted on TMZ that Sun had gone to visit Mr. Wood. We have been told by numerous people that Sun did indeed go to Atlanta after having been directed there by Art Harris and that she has spoken to Mr. Wood.

Most of us currently believe that was transpired around that time was calculated to draw innocent posters into the mess because some idiots had created a fantasy in their own heads and then disseminated the nonsense to others. So a fantasy, becomes a lie, becomes a source, becomes the truth.

The Team went out and repeated the lie until they convinced themselves that they “knew” what did and didn’t happen. Rose and Art created a monster and then the monster got away from them. As a result of this “game” the flames of hatred were fanned, innocent people were harassed and accused of being “paid bloggers” and worse. Someone even started posting with the name, “antinoids days are #.” Here’s what Art’s readers, J. Nazarian and Art had to say about this whole mess

Don’t know why Celebrity Photographer James Edstrom’s name popped up in my head as a possibility. Could be wrong, but I have found him to be about the ‘only’ supporter of the author; who wrote the wildest, most evil fairy tale that I have ever heard of. I say evil because I remember each and every interview saying this book has been vetted, we stand behind the truth…WHAT A LIE!
I truly hope this tidbit gets fully exposed! Wonder if it will be as much of a shocker as the money bribe in the Bahamas?

(I delete deliberate misrepresentations from people who know better, especially those dispatched on paid missions for Team Virgie who never get the story right. But then, that’s what they are paid to do. I let the below statement stand because, whew, we know how busy she’s been, tagging along behind Grandma, sending back what her lawyers and so called investigators suggest, little dispatches contradicted by the AP, local papers and others on the scene. Rose admonishes the reader or her “friends” that they “have to listen close” and thus we begin our journey through let Rose interpret what you are reading land. A trip that many have yet to return from. Here are a few of the FACTS according to Ro’ho, remember she listened very closely.

1. By the time Anna Nicole Smith died on Thursday she was responding so well to treatment that hospitalization would not have been necessary.

2. The abscess on her buttocks was an old one.

3. The only way in which the infection contributed to Anna Nicole Smith’s death was that it compromised her immune system.

4. None of the prescription medications recovered from the room were in the name of Howard K. Stern.

5. All the prescription medications recovered from the room were Anna Nicole Smiths own name.

6. All the authorities questioned repeatedly insisted that Mr. Stern had nothing to do with the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

7. What was not said is that in the U. S. the number TWO cause of death is accidental overdose due to mixing of prescription drugs.

8. Everyone can now be sued included all the press who will not be able to hide behind “Freedom of the Press”.
9. One of the doctors that might be involved is from South Carolina.

10. Howard did not file any appeal to the DNA test.

11. Larry Birkhead had fled the Bahamas because he knows that he is not the father and he has to be out of the jurisdiction where he could be served with a lawsuit.

Ro’ho ends the article with the line “I will try to ‘interpret’ based on what ‘law I have some knowledge of’ remember I am NOT a lawyer.” No Ro’ho no one around here has forgotten that you ARE NOT A LAWYER, though you do so love to play one on your site. Why bother with anything so trivial as a law degree or even some minimum level of education – just find a bunch of willing marks and interpret away. Oh and just a piece of advice from a friend = reader, if you’re going to pretend to be a journalist you might want to learn basic grammar and sentence structure.

I believe it’s silly to even bother with refuting Ro’ho’s facts let alone her creative interpretations, but let’s just have a little fun with the facts according to Ro’ho. Sources will not be cited for this article either because if you don’t see immediately how unfactual (that’s not a real word folks) Ro’ho’s facts are, you would have to have been:

a). living under a rock or in any cave other than Whacks

b). recently rescued from a remote island

c). locked in a mental institution with no access to outside communication

d). been aboard the space station for the last year and a half

e) received a pardon from the governor after spending years on Death Row because you were unjustly accused of a heinous crime and all your time was spent researching the law and writing legal briefs culminating in justice finally being achieved. (If so, congratulations)

f). been a member of some brainwashing Howard K. Stern cult

Ro’ho Fact #1: Anna Nicole Smith died, therefore although I’m not a doctor and I don’t even pretend to be one on this site or any other, I do believe that hospitalization would have provided some benefit. Dr. Perper even stated that Anna Nicole would still be alive if she would have been taken to the hospital.

Ro’ho Fact #2: If old equals 4 days than you go Ro’ho, we’ll actually give that one to you. But if old equals anything more than 4 days….guess what you were not listening as close as you thought you were. The injection was on Monday, she was dead by Thursday, go figure.

Ro’ho Fact #3: Please look up lethal dose of chloral hydrate and get back to us on that one.

Ro’ho Fact #4: Hahahahaha (as Lucky likes to post)

Ro’ho Fact #5: Howard K. Stern, Alex Katz, Dr. Erosevitch are alternative spellings of Anna Nicole Smith.

Ro’ho Fact #6: Mr. Art Harris is not considered an authority and neither is Bonnie, Barth or Howie’s mommy.

Ro’ho Fact #7: The reason why it was not said, is because it’s not true (please see attached statistical data). Now the number one cause of death for Anna Nicole Smith and her offspring is: being in the same room with Howard K. Stern. They have a 66% chance of dying after spending the evening with him. I love statistics don’t you?

Ro’ho Fact #8: Well, you are being sued right now, and you are hiding behind the “Freedom of the Press”, hell you went as far as putting a "Pay Pal " donation post on your site. I think you are being sued because. YOU INVENTED news that you knew was reckless?

Ro’ho Fact #9: About this fact, Rose later elaborates in the comment section “I found that to be one of the most interesting things Perper said… and remember Shelley had already said in May when he picked her up in Calif. he had to learn about the Methadone, how to travel with it and how to give it to her.”

We were unaware that Mr. Shelly or Mr. Thompson are medical doctors, but since you’ve tried to pin everything else on them and you seem to have no moral reservation about inventing phony degrees……….

Ro’ho Fact #10: $10.000 reasons why that is incorrect.

Ro’ho Fact #11: Never mind we love Larry now that he’s bending over for Howard. Just pretend you never wrote that.

After putting Ro’ho facts up, Rose hangs around to answer any questions that people may have concerning the televised press conference that they were watching. Kindly making herself available to interpret what people where seeing and hearing. Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Who you gonna believe? Me, or your lying eyes?"

I’ll take what’s behind door number three, please.

Rose begins her Q & A session with the words “WOW, I feel like a celebrity here….” And one of her “friends” responds to the article with, “I have a crush on Rose. *swoooooooooon* Talk factual to me, baby!”

In all fairness some of Ro’ho’s new found “friends” did question some of her Facts, mostly her interpretation of Larry’s travel plans.

We all know today that Larry was busy working and earning a living to help support his daughter. He had a job, watching Dr. Perper’s press conference with Tony Potts of Access Hollywood. Writing on the topic of Blow-Jobs is such a departure from our usual ladylike demeanors (even if the term is being used in a purely metaphorical sense) that we had a hard time even contemplating how we would approach this subject. Why everyone insisted that if the topic was going to be about Blow-Jobs, then we were the one that had to write it – we can’t imagine. We originally thought of using the title “giving head without using your head”, but we found the symbolism of the Blow-Job more closely represented what we saw taking place. While we would hate to blow anything that happened between Rose and Art out of proportion one can’t help but notice all the stroking that was going on. As concerned parents we strongly advocate safe sex practices and the Art of blowing someone verbally is just about the safest sex that we can think of, unless you end up getting sued in a libel suit. You can’t chip your tooth, it saves a lot of wear and tear on the knees, you don’t have to take your retainer out and your monthly tic-tac bill will surely decrease. While we don’t profess to be experts on the Art of “verbal blowing”, we’ve never been fired from a blow job. As a matter of fact, some of our best promotions were a direct result of our ability to blow.

Over the months we’ve learned a lot from Ro’ho and the gals, they taught us that google is your friend. So if the average ejaculation has 15 calories, and Ro’ho is the women that we all saw sitting on the Harley…..then you do the math.

The reason why we think of blow-jobs when we study the written relationship between Ro’ho and Art is because of all the ego stroking, ass kissing and ever inflating head that popped up articles from her about him.

We hope by writing this we are not going to blow anything for Art, but after seeing how bad Rose has already blown things, we doubt that this little article will have any long-term, chilling effect.

It is sweet to see the two of them currently sharing the same lawyer, after how hard they tried to set us up. Is this considered internet “after glow”? We know neither one was only paying “lip service” (pun intended) to their passionate defense of Mr. Stern because anyone that writes two to three articles daily on one subject definitely wasn’t getting or giving real blow jobs. But that’s all right because if you believe that the “pen is mightier than the sword” or as the “Saturday Night Live” skit goes, “I’ll take penis mightier, for 200”, then a verbal BJ might be an acceptable substitute. Who are we to judge, we had to google butt plug for God’s sake. We all played the role of unwilling, cyber voyeur as we watched the whole incident take place right before our eyes.

While many of us were told that the key to a man’s heart was through his stomach, Ro’ho knew better. She knew that the key to Art’s heart was through sickly sweet ego stroking on a continuous basis. And Art knew that the key to Ro’ho’s heart was to simply to throw her a link every now and then and send her a cyber hug and a job well done.

You see if we only figured out sooner to start each of our posts with “Art, you are the man” we would have been on friendlier territory and maybe more of our comments would have made it onto the board. Oh well, we had housework, jobs and kids to take care of and no time to verbally blow anyone. Hell, we hardly had time for actual blow jobs let along symbolic ones. You know, we did have two alleged murders that we thought we were solving. Instead of joking around on TMZ, we should have paid more attention to the circle jerk fest that they were all engaging in.

The ego stroking Art got from his harem must have been uplifting? And the daily ball busting he was getting from us must have been deflating. All things being equal and since they were more serious in their mission then we were, something did indeed get inflated quite a bit those months (and for those of you with dirty minds we’re referring to Egos)

The relationship seemed to work seamlessly for a while. Art said and Rose repeated it. But even as Art was getting the “exclusives” and Rose was complimenting him on being the go-to guy, cracks were beginning to show. Maybe Rose was too fawning, too needy, too subservient? Or maybe something so trivial, predicable and common as jealously ended this once promising relationship. That could explain this bizarre post by Ms. Turner after “Sweet Havana” left her site to move over to Art’s.

Someone sent us an e-mail after our previous article about Mr. Harris asking if having a big ego necessarily meant that one had a small penis? We didn’t know so we googled it. After more than 18 months of Ro’ho’s Imperial decrees (she is the Impact Queen, after all), we finally responded and apparently Ro’ho and her ladies-in-waiting are not amused….

well too damn bad.

The debunking continues, despite your amateurish threats and attempts to intimidate.

Webster’s dictionary defines "hypocrite" as "a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings." The common usage of the term refers to someone who pretends to hold certain attitudes and/or convictions in public, but whose behavior in private belies those beliefs. When someone presents herself as the arbiter of moral behavior and entitles herself to render judgments on others, then that person should make sure that she is busy living her own life free from the sins that she so causally accuses others of. Some would argue that she should be held to "an even higher standard" not just the "same standard." For someone to be properly labeled a hypocrite his/her actions must stand in contradiction to his/her stated beliefs (or visa versa). Thus the degree of hypocrisy is the measurement of the distance that exists between these two. That being the case, then Ro’ho is one of the biggest hypocrites that ever put pen to paper or in this case, fingers to keyboard.

The instances of the "Impact Queen" behaving more like the "Queen of Hypocrites" are too numerous to count. She denounces Mrs. Arthur for not having a relationship with her daughter, but excuses her own choice of BDSM over a relationship with her "child". She excoriates Ms. Vice for supposedly visiting chat rooms and posting (allegations yet to be proven) while encouraging Mr. Nazarian to post comments on her own site and even offering him a question and answer thread. She slams posters that she believes communicated ideas or information to Ms. Arthur’s legal team, while encouraging her own members to research, research, research and represents herself as "Mr. Stern’s legal liaison." She threatens people whom she feels put out personal information, but allows herself and members wide latitude in publishing names, address’, phone numbers and places of employment. She spends countless hours criticizing Ms. Cosby’s book for its supposed lack of adequate sourcing and misinformation, yet she herself never seems to get a damn thing right and even when errors are pointed out to her, she keeps incorrect information displayed on her site. That’s called being a hypocrite and the distance between what Ro’ho says she believes in and what she actually practices is wide enough to drive her refurbished trailer through. Here’s a prime example of the "Hypocrite Queen" in all her glory. Remember we know from Rose herself that she does not see her "son" or her "grandchild" because she opted for the lifestyle over the relationships.

Hannah Arendt wrote in "On Revolution" that "the hypocrite’s crime is that he bears false witness against himself. What makes it so plausible to assume that hypocrisy is the vice of vices is that integrity can indeed exist under the cover of all other vices except this one. Only crime and the criminal, it is true, confront us with the perplexity of radical evil; but only the hypocrite is really rotten to the core." So is Ro’ho "rotten to the core"?

The evidence of her internal decay is obvious for anyone with the ability to read and comprehend. Recently Ro’ho condemned posters [who do not support the behavior of Howard K. Stern] for engaging in an attempt to "ruin his life" by; writing letters & e-mails to media outlets, contacting government agencies, sending information to legal representatives, and posting their opinions on forums. In order for Rose to be falsely accused of hypocrisy she would have to condemn this behavior while abstaining from participating in it. But even the most cursory look at Rose’s writings demonstrates the exact opposite.

On March 7th of this year a poster by the name of "Peppermint" wrote the following on Rose’s forum.

"If we could look into little things like this, it may make everyone
feel more productive in the ‘case’ and it certainly COULD affect
public opinion. In Howard’ K. Stern’s situation right now, that’s
everything."

What’s surprising about this post is not the sentiment, but the fact that it took so long for one of Rose’s followers to publically acknowledge what Rose has been doing since the beginning. While we were busy just trying to navigate around the internet and posting light bulb jokes on TMZ, Rose was actively engaging in the very conduct that she so recently denounced.

As far back as the beginning of March, 2007, Rose Turner was writing letters to newspapers, one of which was published on March 8th. She titled it, "Concern over Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter." In this letter Rose:

1: Slams Ms Opri, Mr Birkhead, & Mrs Arthur

2: Declares Mr Stern to be innocent of any involvement in the death of Daniel

3: States that the Bahamian Court System is superior tot hat of the United States

4: Attempts to foment and dislike of anyone involved by attributing actions and statements to them that are disparaging of the Bahamian Courts and its people

5: Urges the courts to allow Mr Stern to raise "his daughter" according to the wishes of her dead mother

Rose then signs the letter.

Shortly thereafter Jane Devin urges everyone to "write every Bahamian news outlet you can find today" and credits Rose with taking the lead in this area. Rose posts information concerning a site called "Please Stop The Madness" directing posters to go there for all the addresses and e-mail. She also offers to post the links to all the Caribbean newspapers there on the site for easier access. The "Art Harris Fan Club" kicks into gear and posters like "Linda" and "Butterfly" jump on the bandwagon. Someone responds to these requests with the following posts:

She claims that she is "investigating" things. At the same time, she is urging everyone to "boycott Nancy Grace, Crier and Greta….." On March 27th a poster named "Deb" puts up a bizarre response that she received from CNN.

As you are aware, the interview has not yet aired on Larry King Live.

Any concern about its content, at this point, is mere speculation on your part.

There is simply no indication that the interview will contain actionable misstatements.

Your reference to previous misstatements on CNN by one of our former legal correspondents is one you should feel free to follow-up with facts, should you wish to properly demand a retraction or correction.

This vague reference in no way builds your case that CNN has a history of mistakes in reporting on this subject matter

So within a month of Anna Nicole’s death and before the paternity issue was resolved, Rose was writing letters & e-mails to newspapers and media outlets, urging people to boycott certain programs, digging dirt on those she considered "damaging" to Mr. Stern, verbally blowing Mr. Art Harris, and writing Howard’s legal team to offer her investigative services. We now know (according to released e-mails that by the end of March, Rose Turner was communicating directly with Howard’s lawyers and his family).

This behavior from Rose and her "team" continues. In July of 2007 "Nobodee" suggests that they should "all unite for the event…then let’s take a little drive and picket the Doc’s house…Picketting is NOT against the law." "Roxanne" invites them all to "bombard" all the shows with emails. Rose writes "Thank God all of you find such great things to share so we can then dig of the truth…"

In October of 2007 "tigerzebra" posts,

"… What about e-mailing Greta’s sponsors and asking them why they support airing private photos of a dead young man who was only suspose to be seen by his mother?If their is anything that can get these people’s attention, it’s their wallet…"

Rose responds,
"That is a GREAT idea tigerzebra, hit them where the wallet is in the ads, you support this show and the "stolen property" we don’t buy your product…

In November as the Inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith resumes in the Bahamas "the team" renews their letter writing campaign to influence public opinion.

Rose promises that they would be "nice" to him and "Lyderella" kindly posts Mr. McCabe’s contact information and profile from the O’Quinn Law Firm on the site, including his phone number. "Operation Save Howard" doesn’t end there. In the middle of November, Rose asks her readers for any information regarding the "past horrors" in Anna’s life. She specifically wants them to locate information about an interview that Anna Nicole might have done with a women about her life back in 1996 and Anna Nicole’s testimony about her home life during the Marshall litigation. She requests that if anyone is able to dig up this information, they should post it on her site and "more importantly on Mr. Harris’ site. She also request that the "team" contact "In Touch" magazine about an article that they did with Geraldo Rivera concerning the clown video.

In December of 2007 Rose writes, surprisingly without bursting immediately into flames, after almost a year of trashing, bashing and cashing in on [How’s the supply of special coffee holding up?]:

When you let bigotry rule your life then hate follows that… I am glad my parents raised me with an open mind and to judge ppl by the content of the person and not just some label…If they did write intimidating emails to elected officials or medical examiners then I am happy that Art Harris knows where that info. ended up…Sounds like a crowd over there consumed with hate, and conspiracy theories…

In January of this year, Rose again urges the "team" to contact Mr. Harris and a poster named "Annie" suggests that they "bombard the Bahama courts…about the lies FS and GBT told in court…McCabe calling this a homicide..jury tampering.." This would again be in response to the resumption of the Inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith. On another public relations front, "kimmie 1231" writes that they are doing "everything they can to get Q [QV’s] site shut down." She asks "The Queen of Impact" and her ladies to write additional letters of complaints about QV, because "the more letters and complaints on her she might get shut down." In March of this year a poster named "maryst" puts up on Rose’s site, Peter Nygard’s address and telephone number in the Bahamas. While Rose gleefully posts an address that she said belonged to Mark Hattan. This is just a very small sampling of the behavior that Rose and The Team engaged in over the last 19 months. With the plank that is lodged in Ro’ho’s eye it’s a miracle that she can even see the keyboard as she continues to spew her hypocritical venom.

Honestly, there is nothing we can say about the way in which Rose used her site, her words, her friends…to go after anyone that dared to express a negative opinion concerning Mr. Stern or his behavior. We shall let Rose’s words and actions speak for themselves. There is no consistency to Rose’s theory(s) about what happened to Anna and Daniel, everything is dependent upon the person that Rose deems the biggest threat of the day. While we don’t pretend to know who was “calling the shots” and compiling the “enemy list” – the results are there for all to see. For those that continue to perpetrate the lie that this was about seeking truth, we ask only that you actually read the e-mails from Bonnie Stern to Rose Turner and the subsequent comments that Rose made about certain individuals. This was never about the truth, it was and remains about “Saving Howard” from the consequences of his own actions, casualties be damned.

I also feel great sadness for Geraldo. A once flamboyant attorney, who begin to bomb after the opening of Capon’s vault, and never was able, in my opinion, to pull himself out of that tail spinning heading to the final laughing stock; hold on at any cost; sensational tabloid reporter, no matter how ridiculous I look.
